描画、保存、解析機能、不具合時の確認方法をご案内します。アカウント登録は不要です。
ローカル保存が基本構造とキャンバスは通常、端末内に保存されます。
広告・行動追跡なし広告SDKや第三者の行動分析SDKは使用しません。
必要な時だけ通信サーバー解析を選んだ場合だけ構造を送信します。
主な使い方
保存と書き出し
フォルダボタンから端末内へ保存できます。SMILES、Molfile、CDXML、JSONは「その他」メニューから書き出せます。
構造の確認
分子式、MW、精密質量、同位体m/zは端末上で確認できます。3D表示は端末内の簡易配座から始まります。
計算による推定値です
NMR、MS/MS、物性および配座は、溶媒、温度、装置条件、反応過程などを完全には再現しません。研究、診断、安全性評価または品質判定では、実測値と専門家による確認を併用してください。
接続・計算で困ったとき
- Safariなどで通常のWebページを開けるか確認してください。
- MolVanillaを終了して再起動し、同じ解析を一度だけ再実行してください。
- サーバーの起動直後は、最初のNMR計算に数秒余分にかかる場合があります。
- タイムアウトした場合は構造を保存し、少し待ってから一度だけ再実行してください。
- 改善しない場合は、端末機種、iOSとMolVanillaのバージョン、利用した計算、表示されたエラー、再現手順を添えてお問い合わせください。
よくある質問
保存した構造はクラウドへ送信されますか？
いいえ。ローカル保存した構造は端末内に保存されます。NMRなどのサーバー解析を明示的に実行した場合だけ、計算に必要な構造と条件がHTTPSで送信されます。
端末を変更した場合、保存データは移行されますか？
MolVanillaにはアカウントや独自クラウド同期機能がありません。重要な構造はSMILES、Molfile、CDXMLまたはJSONとして別途書き出して保管してください。
NMR予測では何が考慮されますか？
¹Hおよび¹³Cの化学シフトを構造から推定します。溶媒効果、多重度、ラジカル、塩・混合物、完全な立体効果は公開版の適用範囲外です。
MS/MSの棒の高さは実測強度ですか？
いいえ。表示は軽量な切断候補の順位スコアです。プロトン移動、転位、環化、装置条件を網羅するものではありません。
計算クレジットはサブスクリプションですか？
いいえ。自動更新や月額料金はなく、購入クレジットに有効期限はありません。無料枠は成功したサーバー計算3回/日で、日本時間0時に更新され、繰り越されません。無料分の後は、成功したサーバー計算1回につき1クレジットを使用します。描画、保存、書き出し、端末内計算には回数制限はありません。
不具合報告には何が必要ですか？
端末機種、iOSとアプリのバージョン、再現手順、表示されたエラーをお知らせください。可能ならスクリーンショットも添付してください。機密性のある構造は送らないでください。

Quick guide
Draw and edit
Place atoms, bonds, rings, groups, abbreviations, chains, and repeat units. Move, rotate, copy, or delete selected content.
Save and export
Use the folder button to save locally. Export SMILES, Molfile, CDXML, or JSON from the More menu.
Inspect a structure
Formula, molecular weight, exact mass, and isotope m/z are available on device. The initial 3D view uses a lightweight local conformer.
Results are computational estimates
NMR, MS/MS, property, and conformer results do not fully model solvent, temperature, instrument conditions, or reaction pathways. Use experimental measurements and qualified professional review for research, diagnosis, safety, or quality decisions.
Connection and calculation checks
- Confirm that a normal web page opens on the device.
- Quit and reopen MolVanilla, then retry the same analysis once.
- The first NMR request after a server start can take a few extra seconds.
- If a request times out, save the structure, wait briefly, and retry once.
- If the issue continues, include the device model, iOS and MolVanilla versions, calculation type, exact error, and reproduction steps in your email.
Frequently asked questions
Are locally saved structures uploaded?
No. Local documents remain on your device. A structure and calculation options are sent over HTTPS only when you explicitly request server analysis.
Will saved documents move to a new device?
MolVanilla does not provide an account or proprietary cloud sync. Export important work as SMILES, Molfile, CDXML, or JSON for separate safekeeping.
What does the NMR estimate cover?
It estimates ¹H and ¹³C chemical shifts. Solvent effects, multiplicity, radicals, salts or mixtures, and complete stereochemical effects are outside the release scope.
Are MS/MS bar heights predicted experimental intensities?
No. They are lightweight candidate-ranking scores and do not comprehensively model proton transfer, rearrangement, cyclization, or instrument conditions.
Are calculation credits a subscription?
No. There is no automatic renewal or monthly charge, and purchased credits do not expire. The free allowance is three successful server calculations per day, resets at 00:00 Japan time, and does not roll over. After the free allowance, each successful server calculation uses one credit. Drawing, saving, export, and on-device calculations are not limited.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include the device model, iOS and app versions, reproduction steps, and exact error. A screenshot helps, but do not send confidential structures.
